WINTER CONCERT TONIGHT
The Winter Concert is tonight from 6PM-8 PM at the First Baptist Church. Students should arive no later than 5:45 PM. Please drop off desserts/finger foods in the basement of the church before the concert.

PARENT SOCIAL HOUR
Every Friday at 9am join board members and other parents for coffee and conversation in the office. We have treats!

TRAFFIC REMINDER
Please remember that we are NOT supposed to use Kuhn Street to enter or exit or property. You are welcome to park on Kuhn Street to drop off, but please enter and exit via 24th Street.

PLANT-A-THON UPDATE
If you still have Plant a Tree cards that you will not be selling, please return the cards ASAP (in an envelop marked with your name) to Davis Tyler's (Explorers) hanging file. If you have sold all your cards, please return the money (in your envelope marked with your name) to the tuition box in the Swan school. Swan School has collected over $2000 so far for the sale of Plant a Tree cards! Great job, keep up the good work selling Plant a Tree cards until the planting day.

Planting day is January 27, 2007
The planting site is Yarr Farm on Tarboo Creek in Quilcence, WA This will be a fun-filled day of tree planting and community gathering. Lunch is provided. There is very limited parking at the tree planting site, so we have a carpooling plan. Meet at Swan School at 9:00 to ride in the community vans to the planting site. The vans will start return to Swan School at 3:00 pm. Carpooling is highly encouraged! For those Swan people who absolutely cannot carpool, please understand that parking is approx. 1/4-mile from the planting site and should plan time accordingly. Drive directly to the planting site by 9:30 to drop off your passengers and gear, park on Old Tarboo road and walk back to site as directed by volunteers. In the case of inclement weather the planting will be postponed to Feb. We will send out a notice on Friday January 25th if the event is to be postponed due to weather.
