Hi Parents,

As you know we have the registration, cleanup and barbeque on Sat. between 10:00am and 4pm. Here are some relevant details!

REGISTRATION
In the morning if possible so we can clean in the main building afterwards.

BARBEQUE
Swan will provide beverages, hotdogs, veggie dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers. Please bring a fun side dish or cookies, snacks, etc... to round out our meal.

CLEANING
This is the time we do windows, dusting, general grounds; anything that needs doing before school opens. Bring your "Queen of Clean" and "Mr. Clean" attitude and we should have a good time together. This is one of the ways that makes Swan School special, the parental involvement in all the details, including the maintenance. Come join in the fun of eating, working and volunteering together.
