Hi Parents,

Another week has flown by... here are a few things to be aware of:

PRODUCTION CREW WAS AWESOME!
A big thanks is due to the labor crew who worked at the warehouse yesterday morning-- they earned over $1000 for Swan in one shift!ÊÊ We still need at least one more person for next Wednesday, September 26, and four more for Thursday, October 11.Ê Shifts are from 9am-1pm-- sign up in the office!

ART CLASS UPDATE
The art supplies on our supply lists are back in stock at Belltower if your child is still missing a few items.Ê ÊOlympic Art & Office has many of the needed items as well.Ê Also, Audrey will be looking for a fewÊvolunteers in the classroom in the near future; please let her know if you would be interested in helping.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM AT SWAN
Loida's afterschool program is up and running.Ê Email loida@swanschool.net or call 643-0227 if you'd like your child to stay with Loida until 5:30.Ê They have a snack, work on some homework, and play games.Ê Ê

FRIDAY MORNING SOCIAL HOUR
It's back-- plan on joining us in the office/parent lounge on Friday mornings for a cup of coffee and a chance to meet and chat with other parents.Ê There's usually a board member or two in attendance to answer questions, and SOMETIMES we even have treats!Ê Starting next Friday, leave yourself an extra hour at drop-off and join us for coffee!

NAVIGATORS, WE NEED YOUR OPI PAPERWORK!
We've received confirmation that everyone is attending, but only a handful of people have turned in paperwork.Ê Please turn it in ASAP so we can pass the necessary forms on to OPI.
