BOOK EXCHANGE LISTS DUE TOMORROW!
If you haven't turned in your list yet (or let us know your child won't be here), please bring it in NO LATER than tomorrow morning-- kids will be drawing names for the exchange during morning meeting.

NEW PHONE DIRECTORY BOOK
We are almost done with a new contact list, one in a legible font and at a size we can read! If you have had any changes to your email addresses, household configurations, phone numbers, etc, please let us know right away!

ABSENCES/LATE MORNINGS
If your child is going to be absent or late, please call the office to let us know so we can let the teachers know. Thanks!

PARENT MEETING
Tuesday, Dec. 11th We are trying something new, ordering Jordini's sub sandwiches to slice up ($2 slice) and if you can bring a side dish to share that would be great (but not necessary). Food will be from 5:30 to 6 and the meeting will start at 6. Child care will be available for $2 per child. The board is eager to present to the Swan School families how Swan funds the enrichment programs and other important aspects of our budget. This will be a very important and informative meeting on budget so plan on being there.

CAN YOU DO ANY SCANNING?
We're looking for a parent volunteer to do a couple of hours worth of photo scanning. If you can help, please see Carrie in the office.

PLANT-A-THON
Several families have already sold all their cards and turned in their funds to the office. The Holiday Season is the easiest time to get them sold! Are there any parents who would be willing to follow up on contacting businesses that have been mailed information regarding the Plant-a-thon? See Traci Tanner or Tina McCleese. It would be and easy way to get your volunteer hours in.

P.E. DANCE UNIT NEXT WEEK
Stacey will be teaching a unit on dance all next week in P.E. classes. She needs PARENT VOLUNTEERS FOR THE DIFFERENT CLASSES. Here's your chance to dance with your child and get volunteer hours! Contact Stacey if you can help out some time next week during PE. PE classes are always held between 1and 2 pm.
